目的研究护理质量管理在健康体检中心护理工作中的应用价值。方法 60例2015年6~12月体检者为对照组,不实施护理质量管理;60例2016年1~6月体检者为研究组,予以护理质量管理。比较两组体检者的漏检率和护理满意度。结果研究组漏检1例,漏检率为1.67%;对照组漏检11例,漏检率为18.33%,研究组体检者漏检率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组体检者护理满意度为(80.91±6.66)分,对照组体检者护理满意度为(70.65±6.51)分,研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在健康体检中心的护理工作中,加以护理质量管理,可以大大降低体检者的漏检率,提高护理满意度,值得在护理工作中推广应用。
Objective To study the value of nursing quality management in the nursing of health examination centers. Methods Sixty patients from June to December 2015 were selected as the control group without nursing quality management. Sixty patients from January to June in 2016 were selected as the research group and were given quality management. The missing rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results In the study group, 1 case missed the test, the rate of missed test was 1.67%. In the control group, 11 cases missed the test, the missing rate was 18.33%. The missed rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing in the study group was (80.91 ± 6.66) points, while that of the control group was (70.65 ± 6.51), the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion Nursing quality management in the center of health examination can greatly reduce the missed examination rate and improve the satisfaction of nursing. It is worth to popularize and apply in the nursing work.
