设计了激光散射图像系统,并采集了3种不同干容重的路基组织的激光高光谱图像。分析了这3种干容重的路基组织的空间分辨漫反射率和距光源入射中心处半径之间的关联性,根据光漫射传输理论分析了路基组织的漫反射光分布规律,并应用非线性最小二乘拟合的方法得到这3种路基的光学参数(波长为632nm)。最后用这些参数进行了蒙特卡罗模拟光子传输过程,并比较了蒙特卡罗方法模拟的结果和高光谱图像系统的试验测量的结果。结果表明,模拟结果与测量结果符合得较好,平均误差为3.12%,高光谱图像系统可以准确地用于无损测量路基组织光学参数。
A laser scattering image system was designed and three types of laser hyperspectral images of roadbed were collected. The relationship between the spatial resolution of diffuse reflectance and the radius from the incident center of the light source is analyzed. According to the theory of light diffusion transmission, the law of diffuse reflection of roadbed is analyzed, and the nonlinearity The optical parameters of the three kinds of roadbed (wavelength is 632nm) are obtained by the method of least squares fitting. Finally, the parameters of Monte Carlo simulation were used to simulate the photon transfer process, and the results of Monte Carlo simulation and the experimental measurement of hyperspectral image system were compared. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results, with an average error of 3.12%. Hyperspectral image system can be accurately used for nondestructive measurement of optical parameters of roadbed tissue.
