为了适应各种工业控制环境,可编程控制器本身就有很完善的可靠性设计,具有很强的抗干扰性能。但是,工业控制是一个很特殊的领域,稍有不慎,就有可能造成极大的经济损失。所以还应该从整个系统的角度进行可靠性设计,以更加有效的保障工业控制的安全。如用隔离变压器和滤波器拟制电源方面的干扰,用RC浪涌吸收器拟制电弧的干扰以及输入输出I/0方面引入的干扰,冗余设计方面等,提高系统的可靠性。
In order to adapt to a variety of industrial control environment, programmable logic controller itself has a very good reliability design, with strong anti-jamming performance.
