目的探讨18F-FDG PET/CT检查标准摄取最大值(SUVmax)用以鉴别不同病理类型肾脏恶性病变的价值。方法回顾性分析28例经手术以及组织活检病理证实的肾脏恶性病变患者资料,术前均接受PET/CT检查,采集图像并取得18F-FDG的SUVmax,采用方差分析及LSD法进行统计学分析。结果 28例中,肾透明细胞癌12例、SUVmax2.33±1.03,非透明细胞癌8例、SUVmax8.05±1.58,肺癌肾转移8例、SUVmax12.87±2.93,三者间SUVmax的差异有统计学意义(F=81.031,P<0.001)。进一步两两比较,任意两者SUVmax差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。结论 18 F-FDG的SUVmax定量分析对于不同病理类型肾脏恶性病变的鉴别具有一定的价值。
Objective To investigate the value of 18F-FDG PET / CT standard uptake (SUVmax) in differentiating malignant nephropathy from different pathological types. Methods The data of 28 patients with malignant nephropathy confirmed by surgery and biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. PET / CT examination was performed before surgery. SUVmax of 18F-FDG was collected and analyzed by ANOVA and LSD. Results Among the 28 cases, there were 12 cases of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (SUVmax2.33 ± 1.03), 8 cases of non-clear cell carcinoma (SUVmax8.05 ± 1.58), 8 cases of metastatic lung cancer (12.87 ± 2.93) and SUVmax Statistical significance (F = 81.031, P <0.001). Further pairwise comparison, any difference between the two SUVmax were statistically significant (P all <0.001). Conclusion SUVmax quantitative analysis of 18 F-FDG has certain value for differential diagnosis of renal pathological types of different pathological types.
