中小型铸件机器造型中,目前虽然广泛应用震压式造型机,但由于机器在震击时噪音大、生产率低,对机器与工艺装备的结构和基础要求较高。如能将震压法造型改成微振压实可解决以上存在的一些问题。试验是在大连机床厂现有Z148A型顶箱震压式造型机上进行的,所用砂箱是300毫米高以下的机床铸件砂箱。通过微振压实造型工艺试验,确定砂型紧实度能否满足工艺要求。试验是在大连机床厂党委的领导下,由大连机床厂、一机部二局工厂设计处及—机部铸锻机械研究所等单位参加。试验
