原发性乳腺恶性淋巴瘤（Primarymalig-nantlympohaofthebreast简称PMLB）临床上很少见，国外报道占乳腺恶性肿瘤的0．04％～0．53％［1，2］我院从1963年到1995年共收治9例（不包括原发乳腺皮肤及身体其它部位淋巴瘤累及乳腺者），占同期乳腺恶性肿瘤的0．26％（9／3502例），?
Primary breast malignant lymphoma (Primarymalig-nantlympohaofthebreast referred to as PMLB) is rare in clinical practice. Foreign reports account for 0.04% to 0.53% of breast malignancies [1,2] in our hospital from 1963 to 1995. Nine cases (excluding primary breast skin and other parts of the body involving the breast) were included in the study, accounting for 0.26% (9/3502 cases) of malignant tumors in the same period.
