开展可靠性强化试验(RET)时首先需要通过温度步进应力试验寻找产品的高、低温工作与破坏极限。本文通过对温度步进试验选择普通温度试验箱和强化试验箱时,对发热与不发热产品试验结果的不同影响进行比较分析,对强化试验中温度步进应力试验的设备选择进行探讨。
To conduct the reliability enhancement test (RET), we first need to find the high and low temperature working and destruction limits of the product through the temperature step stress test. In this paper, the different effects of heating and non-heating products were compared by selecting ordinary temperature chamber and strengthening chamber with temperature step-by-step test. The equipment selection of temperature step-stress test in strengthening test was discussed.
