试验首先优化出了微波提取丁香挥发油的最佳工艺参数,然后在此基础上采用超声波协同微波提取丁香挥发油,最后将超声波协同微波提取和其他提取方法进行了对比。结果表明,微波提取丁香挥发油最佳工艺参数为提取时间155s、液料比12.3以及提取功率301W,在该提取条件下,丁香挥发油的得率为15.87%;有超声波协同时(提取时间145s),微波提取时间缩短6.7%;与其他提取方法相比,超声波协同微波提取时间短,得率高。
In the experiment, the optimum parameters of microwave extraction of clove volatile oil were optimized firstly. Then, the synergistic extraction of clove volatile oil was carried out by using ultrasonic and microwave. Finally, the ultrasonic extraction and other extraction methods were compared. The results showed that the optimal extraction parameters of clove volatile oil were 155s extraction time, 12.3 liquid-to-liquid ratio and 301W extraction power. Under this extraction condition, the yield of clove volatile oil was 15.87% Microwave extraction time was shortened by 6.7%. Compared with other extraction methods, ultrasound extraction time was short and extraction rate was high.
