根据国务院学位委员会第十七次会议精神,按照国务院学位委员会《关于制订学科建设与发展规划的意见》和军队学位委员会《关于制订学科建设与发展规划的通知》的要求,我院制定了2000～2004年学科建设规划,总体目标是把我院建成以工为主,以军为本,工、理、军、管、文多学科协调发展、结构完整、重点突出以及满足培养高层次军事科技人才需要的学科专业体系和学位授权体系;各学科要逐步达到本学科国内或军内领先水平,少数优势学科达到或接近国际先进水平,具有承担国家和军队重大科研项目的实力。
