智库在国家治理中始终是一支重要的力量。智库在对国家治理作出巨大贡献的同时,又受到政治环境和国家体制的巨大影响,智库与国家之间始终存在相互依赖和相互影响的复杂关系。在实现国家治理现代化的进程中,要正确处理智库与国家之间的相互建构关系,加强智库在国家政治和决策体制调整中的作用,提升智库参与国家治理的效能。
Think tanks are always an important force in national governance. Think tanks make great contributions to the governance of the state, meanwhile, they are greatly influenced by the political environment and state institutions. There is always a complex relationship between the think tanks and the state that are interdependent and interacting with each other. In the process of modernization of state governance, we must correctly handle the mutual constructive relations between think tanks and countries, strengthen the role of think tanks in the adjustment of national politics and decision-making system, and enhance the effectiveness of think tanks in participating in state governance.
