应用Pro/E软件对城市护栏清洗养护车进行总体设计,建立虚拟样机模型,利用多刚体运动学仿真软件ADMAS以及有限元分析软件ANSYS对其工作装置进行计算与模拟,得到运动学规律、关键结构的静力学特征及振动模态特性,为护栏清洗养护设备的合理开发提供依据。
Pro / E software is used to design the urban parapet cleaning and maintenance vehicle. The virtual prototyping model is established. The multi-rigid body kinematics simulation software ADMAS and the finite element analysis software ANSYS are used to calculate and simulate the working device. The kinematic laws and key structures Static characteristics and vibrational modal characteristics of the guardrail cleaning equipment to provide a reasonable basis for the development.
