Circovirus precipitation test (COPT) is still a diagnosis of schistosomiasis patients, assessment of efficacy and determine a serological diagnosis of schistosomiasis. Domestic scholars in the study and improvement of COPT antigen has been a lot of work, Qiu Limei et al (1979) using 1.5% formaldehyde
