本文介绍了用于铁路机车摇枕、侧架和铁路辙叉等关键部件的内部缺陷无损检测的快速DR/CT系统,论述系统组成和工作原理,阐述了实现了快速DR/CT系统关键技术,实现了对铁路关键部件内部缺陷的快速检测和定量分析,以及内部缺陷自动识别和三维可视化。快速DR/CT系统可对铁路机车关键部件进行快速高精度缺陷无损检测,成为摇枕、侧架、辙叉等关键部件在生产制造和定期检修环节进行缺陷检测、分析的有效手段,对于提高了铁路关键部件产品的可靠性,满足该行业的产品质量保证需求具有重要的意义。
In this paper, the rapid DR / CT system for nondestructive detection of internal defects of key components such as locomotive bolsters, side frames and railway frogs is introduced. The system composition and working principle are discussed. The key technologies of DR / CT system are described. The rapid detection and quantitative analysis of the internal defects of the key components of the railway are realized, as well as the automatic identification of the internal defects and the 3D visualization. The rapid DR / CT system can quickly and accurately detect the key parts of railway locomotives, which is an effective measure to detect and analyze the defects in the manufacturing and regular maintenance of the key components such as bolster, side frame and frog. The reliability of railway key components and products to meet the industry’s product quality assurance needs of great significance.
