随机服务系统理论也称为排队论,它是运筹学的重要分支之一。无论在人类的生产活动或社会活动中都有许多现象属于这一学科的研究领域。如研究生产用的机床与维修能力间最经济的数量关系,公共汽车的到站频率与乘客需要之间最合理的配合关系等等,都可用排队论的理论进行解决。总之对于各个服务系统具有多少服务能力才能使社会经济效益为最佳,是该学科的研究课题之一。本文结合哈尔滨市某国营机械工厂的实际情况,运用排队论理论给出了机床维修能力的最佳设计方案。这种分析与处理问题的方法,对于类似的问题有一定的参考价值。
Stochastic service system theory, also known as queuing theory, is one of the most important branches of operations research. There are many phenomena that belong to the research field of this subject both in human production activities and in social activities. For example, the most economical relationship between the machine tool and the maintenance capacity for production and the most reasonable cooperation between the arrival frequency of the bus and the passengers’ needs can be solved by the theory of queuing theory. In a word, it is one of the research topics in this discipline that the social and economic benefits are the best for how many service capabilities each service system has. In this paper, a state-owned machinery factory in Harbin, the actual situation, the use of queuing theory gives the best design of machine maintenance capabilities. This method of analyzing and handling problems has some reference value for similar problems.
