恶性胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的肿瘤,虽手术、放疗、化疗技术已有很大的进步,但其预后仍无改善。随着分子生物学和肿瘤免疫学的发展,胶质瘤的主动特异性免疫治疗策略如树突状细胞(DC)疫苗、热休克蛋白(HSP)、通过交叉免疫反应打破肿瘤诱导的免疫耐受的分子疫苗以及B7、IFN-γ、GM-CSF等前炎性免疫基因治疗等已引起人们极大的注意并显示出令人鼓舞的应用前景。本文主要围绕这几方面作一综述。

This article mainly focuses on these aspects.
