研究了在等能的情况下,不同蛋白质含量对幼鳖生长及饲料转化效率的影响。结果表明,蛋白含量由45%分别降至42 27%、39 97%、36 82%亦即饲料能量蛋白比由36 5kJ/g蛋白分别提高到39 1、41 4、44 9kJ/g,对幼鳖的生长影响不明显,幼鳖成活率略有提高。出池幼鳖体形、体色更接近野生鳖。饲料系数无明显差异,蛋白效率均有明显提高,与对照组相比,最多提高了27 2%。建议在目前的饲料标准基础上降低幼鳖饲料蛋白质含量或营养保证含量5%~8%。
The effects of different protein contents on the growth and feed conversion efficiency of juvenile soft-shelled turtles were studied under the condition of equal energy. The results showed that the protein content decreased from 45% to 42 27%, 39 97% and 36 82% respectively, that is, the feed energy protein ratio increased from 36 5kJ / g protein to 39 1,41 4,494 9kJ / g respectively. The growth of turtle is not obvious, and the survival rate of juvenile turtle slightly increases. The pond turtle body shape, body color closer to the wild turtle. There was no significant difference in feedstuff coefficient, protein efficiency was significantly increased, compared with the control group, up to 27 2%. It is recommended to reduce the feed protein content or nutritional assurance content of juvenile turtles on the basis of the current feed standards of 5% to 8%.
