知足、知不足、不知足,这是一个人应有的态度,应有的觉悟,应有的境界。知足,就是要知足常乐。哲学家、思想家老子曾说:祸莫大于不知足,咎莫大于欲得,故知足之足常足矣。诚然,当今社会竞争激烈,应鼓励积极进取参与竞争。但当在竞争的过程中遇到困难、挫折或失败而令人烦恼时,不能冲动和失去理智,要学会用知足常乐的心态去看待问题,
