作者采用CT对10具置中立、伸展、屈曲位的尸体腰椎的椎间平面做了扫描,并测量了L_3、4,L_4、5和L_5、S1椎管前侧方盘黄间隙动态变化。结果表明,伸展位盘黄间隙变小,屈曲位增大,变化非常显著(P<0.01)。分析认为:通常盘黄间隙偏小,构成这一间隙的组织一旦退变,即可能导致其狭窄,嵌夹神经根,但因盘黄间隙具活动特性,故以往临床所遇体位性根性疼痛可能与此变化有关。
The authors scanned 10 intervertebral planes of lumbar vertebrae with 10 neutral, extensional and flexion sites using CT, and measured the dynamic changes of the intervertebral disc space in the anterior spinal canal of L_3,4, L_4,5 and L_5, S1. The results showed that the extension of yellow disc space smaller, flexion increased, the change was very significant (P <0.01). Analysis shows that: usually disc yellow gap is small, constitute the gap of the organization once the degeneration, which may lead to its narrow, embedded nerve root, but the activity of the disc yellow gap with the activity, so clinically encountered in the past may have rhinotracheal pain Related to this change.
