充分发挥图书馆员的工作积极性、创造性和责任感是新时期高校图书馆工作的重点之一。为提高图书馆员的工作效率,必须加强对馆员的考核,科学地选拔出优秀馆员。结合图书馆工作的实际情况,首先阐述了图书馆员考核选拔的作用、内容和方法,然后构建由领导、同行、读者从不同角度按照“德、才、勤、绩”四方面的评价指标体系和优秀、良好、一般三级评价标准,最后运用层次分析法进行定量计算。以为高校优秀图书馆员的选拔工作提供参考依据。
To give full play to the enthusiasm, creativity and responsibility of librarians is one of the focuses of the university library work in the new period. In order to improve the work efficiency of librarians, we must strengthen the examination of librarians and scientifically select the best librarians.
