随着我国市场经济的不断发展,人力资源管理水平在企业的经营管理当中在不断的提高,其中在人力资源管理工作中劳动合同管理是主要的组成部分,规范的劳动合同管理可以为构建和谐劳动关系起到一定的促进作用。本文从规范劳动合同管理的重要性出发,分析了我国劳动关系存在的主要问题,并提出了几点提高劳动合同管理,构建和谐劳动关系的建议,目的在于通过加强劳动合同管理,来构建出和谐的劳动关系,进一步保障劳动者的合法权益。
