目的:观察益欣康泰胶囊对高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)患者体内氧自由基代谢指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:在海拔3 300m 地区选择102 例HAPC患者进行了服用益欣康泰前后体内SOD、GSH—Px 活性和血清中MDA含量的测定。结果:表明该药能明显升高HAPC患者体内的SOD与GSH—Px 活性(P< 001),同时还有降低血中MDA 含量的作用(P< 001)。结论:说明益欣康泰对HAPC患者体内的氧自由基代谢失衡具有良好的调节和改善作用,这对今后HAPC的预防与治疗上将具有重要的药用价值
OBJECTIVE: To observe the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the oxygen free radical metabolism index of patients with high altitude polycythemia (HAPC) in Yixin Kangtai capsule.
