目的:选育优良性状的桔梗品种。方法:选用2个桔梗雄性不育系作母本和10个四代自交系作父本,采用NCⅡ不完全双列杂交设计,组配2×10个不完全双列杂交组合,对株高、主茎粗度、单根鲜重等13个农艺性状进行了杂种优势分析。结果:桔梗杂种一代主要农艺性状具有明显的杂种优势。单株地上干重、单根鲜重的杂种优势最大,中亲优势分别为96.07%、62.62%,超亲优势分别为116.21%、108.99%,超标优势则分别为111.98%、113.47%。结论:应用雄性不育系配制的桔梗杂种一代杂种优势明显,可以成为一种行之有效的育种途径。
Objective: Breeding Campanulaceae cultivars with excellent traits. METHODS: Two male sterile lines of Campanulaceae were used as male parents and 10 fourth generation inbred lines as male parents. The plants were planted in NCⅡ incomplete diallel cross with 2 × 10 incomplete diallel crosses. , Main stem diameter, single fresh weight and other 13 agronomic traits for heterosis analysis. Results: The main agronomic traits of elder generation had obvious heterosis. The dry weight of single plant and single fresh weight had the biggest heterosis, the middle pro superiority was 96.07% and 62.62% respectively, and the super-pro superiority was 116.21% and 108.99% respectively. The over-standard predominance was 111.98% and 113.47% respectively. Conclusion: The hybrid generation of Malus baccata used in male sterile lines has obvious advantages in heterosis, which can be an effective breeding method.
