下半年房价会有所下降,中国房地产市场有可能出现在V型反转的基础上再次出现V型,形成W型的反转。不过,房价的快速上扬是多种因素综合作用的结果。必须从房地产宏观调控政策的演变、高房价形成的原因、住房社会保障制度的进展状况、宏观调控长效机制形成的角度等方面去分析,才能看出房地产趋势及房价今后的基本发展势态。
Housing prices will decline in the second half of the year, the Chinese real estate market may appear on the basis of V-reversal again V-type, the formation of W-type reversal. However, the rapid rise in house prices is the result of a combination of many factors. We must analyze the real estate macro-control policy evolution, the reasons for the formation of high housing prices, the progress of the housing social security system, and the formation of macro-control long-term mechanism. Only in this way can we see the trend of real estate and the basic development trend of housing prices in the future.
