在21世纪的各行各业中,随着国际新形势的不断变化,人民收入水平不断提高,个人以及集体的收入支出显得尤为重要。单位职员的财务经济收入需通过档案管理来进行真实的记录,即财务档案管理成为事业单位中不可或缺的一项任务,此项任务看似简单实则不易,在财务管理的流程中,越来越多的弊病暴露了出来,因此事业单位财务档案管理成为事业单位中的热点,需加深入探讨,本文从单位财务管理的重要性、如今财务管理暴露的不足及如何改进进行了简要论述。
In all walks of life in the 21st century, as the new international situation changes constantly and the people’s income level continues to rise, it is particularly important for individuals as well as for collective income and expenditures. The financial and economic income of the staff of the unit shall be verified through archives management. That is, the management of financial archives shall become an indispensable task in the institutions. This task may seem simple but not easy. In the process of financial management, The more defects are exposed, so the management of financial records of public institutions becomes a hot spot in public institutions. This article needs to deepen the discussion. This article briefly discusses the importance of financial management, the shortcomings of the current financial management and how to improve it.
