对1990年以来临床上157例后牙残根进行完善根管治疗，观察1～2周无症状后，选用适当的根管内螺纹钉做根桩，在暴露于根管外的冠部以复合树脂形成桩核。按照全冠牙体预备要求预备拉核，并制作全冠修复体。结果：通过1～6a随访观察，疗效满意，咀嚼功能恢复良好。提示：根管内螺纹钉桩核形成后全冠联合修复残根是恢复残根生理功能的有效方法。
