目的 :研究一氧化氮 ( NO)及胆囊收缩素 ( CCK)对 Oddi括约肌运动的调节 ,并观察两者间相互作用。方法 :通过建立兔 Oddi括约肌测压动物模型在体情况下研究 Oddi括约肌动力改变。结果 :发现静脉注射 CCK- 850 pmol/ kg 30秒后 ,即可见兔 Oddi括约肌运动加强 ,Oddi括约肌基础压力及基础收缩幅度明显加强 ,随浓度增加 CCK- 8兴奋性作用更强。用左旋硝基精氨酸甲酯 ( L - NAME)阻断内源性 NO合成后 ,CCK- 8对 Oddi括约肌运动的兴奋作用更加明显。结论 :NO对 Oddi括约肌运动具有抑制作用 ,抑制内源性 NO合成可增强 CCK- 8的兴奋性作用
Objective: To investigate the regulation of Oddi sphincter by nitric oxide (NO) and cholecystokinin (CCK), and to observe the interaction between them. Methods: The dynamic changes of Oddi sphincter were studied in vivo by establishing a rat sphincter Oddi sphincter model. RESULTS: After intravenous injection of CCK-850 pmol / kg for 30 seconds, the sphincter of Oddi was enhanced, the basal pressure and basal contraction amplitude of Oddi sphincter were significantly enhanced, and the excitability of CCK-8 was stronger with increasing concentration. The excitatory effect of CCK-8 on the Oddi sphincter movement was more pronounced after blocking endogenous NO synthesis with L-NAME. Conclusion: NO can inhibit the movement of Oddi sphincter and inhibit the synthesis of endogenous NO, which can enhance the excitability of CCK-8
