本文从理论与政策基础、观念的变革与创新两个方面总结了我国师范院校与中小学合作的经验,对我国师范院校与中小学合作中的几个问题作了简要分析,从五个方面提出了师范院校与中小学合作型培养教师的对策。
This article summarizes the experience of the cooperation between normal universities and primary and secondary schools in our country from the aspects of theory and policy, the reform and innovation of concepts, and briefly analyzes some problems in the cooperation between normal universities and primary and secondary schools in our country. From five aspects Aspects put forward the countermeasures that teachers colleges and primary and middle schools cooperate to train teachers.
