节奏跑一般是中长跑项目提高途中跑速度的有效训练手段,节奏跑的速度一般等于或者高于目标成绩的平均速度,低于平均速度对于提高成绩是没有意义的,可以作为放松恢复手段使用。从微观上讲,节奏跑能同时加强慢肌和快肌纤维参与运动的能力,既能提高速度,又能提高耐力,同时能更好地增加毛细血管总量及对肌肉的供氧能力。节奏跑还能让人体建立新的跑速感,培养意志力,创造出新的成绩。现将三种不同的节奏训练方法介绍如下。
Rhythm running is generally an effective training method for middle and long distance running programs to improve the running speed. The rhythm running speed is generally equal to or higher than the average speed of the target grade. Subsequent to the average speed, it is meaningless to improve performance and can be used as a relaxation and recovery measure. From a microscopic point of view, rhythmic running can simultaneously enhance the ability of slow muscles and fast muscle fibers to participate in sports, which not only improves speed but also improves endurance, while better increasing the total number of capillaries and oxygen supply to the muscles. Rhythm run also allows the body to establish a new running sense of speed, training willpower, to create new achievements. Now three different rhythm training methods are described below.
