移位甲状腺偶有报告,但发生于颈侧颏下者极为少见。我科于1982年收治1例,现报告如下。患者董××,女,30岁,山东寿光县人。15年前无意中发现左侧颏下有一枣样大小肿物,因无痛和其他不适从未就诊。但自觉一直在缓慢增大,近1年来发现肿物较前生长加速,于1982年5月来我科门诊,诊断为口底皮样囊肿。同年12月收入院。入院后查体见左颏下有一6×6cm 大小肿物,皮肤表面正常,呈结节状,质硬韧,可移动,无明显触痛,边界尚清;内科未查及明显病变。住院诊断为左颏下肿物待查。

Inpatient diagnosis of left axillary mass was pending.
