采用减压蒸馏、质谱分析、元素分析和分子质量测定对辽河原油的7种催化原料油进行了馏分组成、族组成和结构族组成的分析。讨论了不同催化原料油组成情况及其对催化裂化反应的影响。分析测定结果表明,这7种催化原料油除常渣外,胶质沥青质含量均不高;饱和烃含量均较高;芳烃含量除油浆、回炼油外,其余原料含量均较低,所以除油浆、回炼油外,均是作催化裂化的良好原料。分析结果同时也证明,辽河原油确实在变重,由低硫中间-石蜡基向低硫环烷-中间基方向发展。
The composition, composition and structure of the seven catalytic feedstocks of Liaohe crude oil were analyzed by vacuum distillation, mass spectrometry, elemental analysis and molecular mass spectrometry. The composition of different catalytic feedstocks and their influence on the catalytic cracking reactions are discussed. The analysis results show that, except for the residue, the seven kinds of catalytic feedstock have the lowest content of colloidal asphaltene and the higher content of saturated hydrocarbons. The content of aromatics except for slurry and oil is low, so the content of other feedstocks is lower In addition to oil slurry, refueling, are good for catalytic cracking of raw materials. The results of the analysis also prove that crude oil in Liaohe River is indeed getting heavier and developing from the low-sulfur intermediate-paraffin base to the low-sulfur naphthenic-intermediate base.
