目的:对小檗科植物箭叶淫羊藿Epimedium sagittatum的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等进行分离和纯化,并通过理化方法及波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从箭叶淫羊藿的三氯甲烷萃取部位分离得到7个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为1,5-二羟基-3-甲氧基-7-甲基蒽醌(1,5-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-7-methyl-anthraquinone,1)、2,2-二甲基-1-苯并吡喃-6-醇(2,2-dimethyl-2H-1-benzopyran-6-ol,2)、淫羊藿素(icaritin,3)、5,7,4′-三羟基-8,3′-二异戊烯基黄酮(5,7,4′-trihydroxy-8,3′-diprenylflavone,4)、大黄素(emodin,5)、苜蓿素(tricin,6)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,7)。结论:化合物1,2,4为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1,2系首次从淫羊藿属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Epimedium sagittatum from Berberidaceae. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physico-chemical methods and spectral analysis. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the epichlorohydrin extraction site of Epimedium sagittatus, and their structures were identified as 1,5-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-7-methylanthraquinone -3-methoxy-7-methyl-anthraquinone, 1), 2,2- dimethyl-2H- 1 -benzopyran-6-ol ), Icaritin (3), 5,7,4’-trihydroxy-8,3’-diprenylflavone (5,7,4’-trihydroxy- 4), emodin (5), tricin (6) and β-sitosterol (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from Epimedium for the first time.
