田间作物单叶及群体光合速率的测定一向为植物生理、生态及作物育种、栽培工作者所关注,但缺乏简便易行而又快速精确的测定方法。专为田间测定设计的便携式红外线气体分析仪(IRGA)为了便于携带,多为单气室类型,利用开放式气路时不能进行差分测量,因而读数误差较大;又由于样气及参比气的测定必须分别进行,从而延长了测定对间.开放式气路用于作物群体光合 The determination of single leaf photosynthetic rate and population photosynthetic rate in field crops has always been concerned by plant physiology, ecology and crop breeding and cultivating workers, but it lacks the simple, convenient and rapid determination method.
