针对目前火电厂对数据采集的准确性、可靠性和实时性要求逐渐提高的情况,设计了一种基于ARM微控制器和μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统的嵌入式数据采集系统。系统包括数据处理子模块、数据采集子模块和通信子模块等部分,系统的通信方式采用Modbus RTU模式。详细说明了Modbus协议设备的工作流程,并给出了相应的流程图。
In view of the fact that the accuracy, reliability and real-time requirement of data acquisition in thermal power plant are gradually increasing, an embedded data acquisition system based on ARM microcontroller and μC / OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system is designed. The system includes data processing submodule, data acquisition submodule and communication submodule and other parts. The system adopts Modbus RTU mode. Detailed description of the Modbus protocol device workflow, and gives the corresponding flow chart.
