本文作者针对在热水系统设计中经常出现的膨胀管溢流,致使热水流入冷水箱的问题,指出对于系统中存在的膨胀容积的加热设备,其膨胀管高出水箱水面的垂直高度与根据《规范》中公式计算所得结果不一致。此外,作者根据盐量平衡原理,并综合考虑其它因素,提出冷却水循环系统补充水量最大不应大于循环水量的2%。
The author of this paper addresses the problem of hot water flowing into the cold water tank due to the expansion of the expansion pipe that often occurs in the design of hot water systems. It points out that for the heating equipment with expansion volume existing in the system, the vertical height of the expansion pipe above the water surface of the tank is based on The results obtained by the formulas in the “Specifications” are inconsistent.
