对地下水资源的科学管理,是解决地下水资源短缺及其环境问题的主要途径。地下水管理模型作为地下水科学管理的重要工具,在地下水管理中起着致关重要的作用。在21世纪,人类将面临这严峻的问题,就是水源危机,其中包括了缺水以及水的环境问题都是最突出的问题,在我国的表现极其显著。影响着水资源的组成,我国的生活用水和工业用水大部分是来自地下水也是最为重要的供水源头,地下室在我国的3/2的城市生活应用和在农田中的大部分的应用作为主要的供水源头。因为地下水在开发和应用的过程中缺少科学的管理和规划。在许多的城市和地区致使地下水严重的超采,地下水以及慢慢的接近枯竭,并且会造成一连串的地下水环境的难题。本文在介绍地下水管理和管理模型的基础上,重点论述地下水管理模型发展历史及存在问题。
