一、概论柴油机混合气形成过程是一个复杂的空间和时间问题。混合气形成的问题一方面与喷嘴出来的燃料的空间扩散和分布有关,另方面又与喷射时间和数量的控制有关。柴油机混合气形成是随燃料喷入到燃烧室后开始的。但一般尚未能对各种不同混合气形成方法中喷射的适时和适量过程,也即所谓喷射规律的最有利条件予以准确的给定。为使发动机经济可靠地工作,喷射系统就需相应满足如下要求:①高压油泵应在每一循环中准确地提供一定数量的燃料,其量值则随负荷而变化;
First, an overview Diesel engine mixture formation process is a complex space and time issues. The problem of mixture formation is related to the spatial diffusion and distribution of the fuel coming out of the nozzle on the one hand and to the control of the injection time and quantity on the other hand.
