以马钢CSP生产线七机架四辊CVC轧机中的F4机架为研究对象,用有限元模拟方法,通过参数化编程,对影响机械板凸度的辊系变形进行了有限元求解,得到了工作辊和支撑辊之间应力分布状态,以及辊间压扁变形和工作辊压扁量对机械板凸度的影响规律,并通过工程实例验证了机械板凸度计算结果的有效性。所建模型与计算结果对板形理论研究和工程实践具有参考价值。
Taking F4 racks in seven-rack four-roll CVC rolling mill of CSP production line of Masteel as the research object, finite element method was used to solve the deformation of roll system which affected the convexity of mechanical plate by parametric programming. The stress distribution between the work roll and the backup roll, the influence of the flattening deformation between the roll and the flattening of the work roll on the convexity of the mechanical board, and the validity of the calculation result of the mechanical board crown verified by engineering examples. The model and calculation results have reference value to the research of plate shape theory and engineering practice.
