采用水热合成法原位合成了Ga和Zn改性的多级孔ZSM-5分子筛,采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、NH3-TPD、BET等手段对制备的分子筛样品进行了表征,并对催化剂进行了催化甲醇芳构化反应性能评价。结果表明,合成的ZSM-5分子筛具有多级孔结构,Ga、Zn改性对催化剂形貌影响较小,但是能够调节分子筛表面L/B酸比例,B酸量明显减少,而L酸量明显增加。Ga、Zn金属改性明显提高了催化剂的活性和选择性。
