高平顺性和高精度是客运专线无碴轨道铁路建设的突出特点,对勘察设计、施工和运营维护提出了较高要求。通过研究和制定工程测量与无碴轨道铺设条件评估技术标准,认为工程测量与无碴轨道铺设条件评估是无碴轨道客运专线铁路的关键技术,建立勘测控制网、施工控制网、运营维护控制网为一体的高精度测量网,对线下构筑物进行监测和评估是十分必要的。
