目的:揭示土壤不同水分含量对三七生长、光合特性及有效成分含量的影响。方法:通过盆栽控水试验,对土壤不同水分条件下二年生三七的生长指标、光合特性指标及有效成分皂苷的含量进行测定。结果:(1)土壤水分含量为0.60 W或0.70 W时更有利于三七干物质积累。(2)土壤水分为0.45 W或0.85 W时三七光合速率下降,且引起光合速率下降的原因并不相同。(3)土壤水分含量为0.45 W时有利于人参皂苷Rg1的积累,0.60W时三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷Rd的积累最多,人参皂苷Rb1则在0.70 W处理下积累最多。结论:二年生三七的种植过程中,土壤的最适含水量为0.60 W,在此条件下对三七生长、光合作用以及总皂苷的积累最为有利。
Objective: To reveal the effects of different soil moisture contents on the growth, photosynthetic characteristics and active ingredients of Panax notoginseng. Methods: The growth index, photosynthetic characteristics and the content of saponin in two-year-old Panax notoginseng under different soil moisture conditions were determined by pot experiment. Results: (1) When soil moisture content was 0.60 W or 0.70 W, it was more beneficial to the dry matter accumulation of Panax notoginseng. (2) When the soil moisture was 0.45 W or 0.85 W, the photosynthetic rate of Panax notoginseng decreased and the reason of the decrease of photosynthetic rate was not the same. (3) The accumulation of ginsenoside Rg1 was beneficial to the soil moisture content of 0.45 W, the accumulation of notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rd was the highest at 0.60 W, and the accumulation of ginsenoside Rb1 was the highest at 0.70 W. CONCLUSION: The optimal water content of soil is 0.60 W during the biennial growth of Panax notoginseng. Under these conditions, it is most favorable for the growth, photosynthesis and accumulation of total saponins.
