我厂1250吨锻造水压机是太原重机厂1959年制造,其两侧缸柱塞与活动横梁联结采用球形连接方式,其结构见简图1。在使用过程中,联接螺钉2(M56)经常折断,使侧缸柱塞与活动横梁分离,严重影响生产。经分析:活动横梁向下运动时,其受力主要是克服柱塞的密封阻力,即使不考虑低压充液压力,也不至于引起联接螺钉断裂,而折断的主要原因是活动横梁在加压过程中,由于倾斜产生弯曲及剪切力所致。如能消除这部分作用力,情况将会改变,因此, Our 1250 ton forging hydraulic press is manufactured by Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Factory in 1959.
