目的 :研究消银解毒饮治疗银屑病的机理。方法 :采用金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素B型 (SEB) ,诱导小鼠血清IL 8异常升高 ,随后观察消银解毒饮与复方青黛胶囊对SEB诱导IL 8的拮抗作用。结果 :小鼠腹腔注射SEB 3~ 5h后血清IL 8水平达到高峰 ;消银解毒饮大小剂量组均能显著拮抗SEB的诱导作用 ,而大剂量组的作用尤为显著。结论 :消银解毒饮大、小剂量均能有效地拮抗SEB诱导IL 8的作用 ,结合超抗原理论 ,从细胞生物学水平阐发了消银解毒饮的清热凉血解毒功效。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Xiaoyinjieduyin in the treatment of psoriasis. METHODS: The serum IL-8 level in mice was induced by the use of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin type B (SEB). Subsequently, the antagonism of Xiaoyin Jiedu Decoction and Fufang Qingqi Capsule on IL-8 induced by SEB was observed. RESULTS : Serum IL 8 levels reached a peak after mice were intraperitoneally injected with SEB for 3-5 hours. The Xiaomi Jiedu Decoction large dose group could significantly antagonize the induction of SEB, but the effect of large dose group was particularly significant. Conclusion : Xiaoyinjieduyin can effectively antagonize the effect of SEB-induced IL-8 in large and small doses. In combination with superantigen theory, the effect of Xiaoyinjieduyin on the detoxification of Qingreliangxue was elucidated from the level of cell biology.
