脂质蓄积与炎症反应在动脉粥样硬化中发挥关键作用,两者相互促进,相互影响。而Adipophilin作为胞浆脂滴的一种不完全包被蛋白,不仅可以作为动脉粥样硬化脂质蓄积的一种标记物,而且能够促进脂质蓄积、抑制细胞内胆固醇外流,并介导TNF-α、MCP-1和IL-6等炎症介质分泌,其表达受核受体、脂肪酸、修饰脂蛋白、激素类物质等多种因素的调控。本文就Adipophilin在脂质蓄积与炎性反应中的作用及其调控做一简要综述,为通过调控Adipophilina防治动脉粥样硬化提供新的思路。
Lipid accumulation and inflammatory response play a key role in atherosclerosis, both of which promote each other and influence each other. Adipophilin, an imperfectly coated protein of lipid droplets, not only acts as a marker of lipid accumulation in atherosclerosis, but also promotes lipid accumulation, inhibits intracellular cholesterol efflux and mediates TNF- α, MCP-1 and IL-6 and other inflammatory mediators, the expression of nuclear receptors, fatty acids, modified lipoproteins, hormones and other factors in the regulation. This review summarizes the role and regulation of Adipophilin in lipid accumulation and inflammatory response, and provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis by Adipophilina.
