目的 探讨端粒酶活性在喉癌发病机制中的作用和临床意义。方法 采用端粒重复序列扩增法(TRAP)对80例喉部组织标本(32例喉癌、24例手术安全缘组织、24例喉部正常粘膜)进行端粒酶活性检测。结果 喉癌及手术安全缘组织端粒酶阳性率分别为93.8%、16.7%,而24例正常喉粘膜均未检测到端粒酶活性。喉癌端粒酶活性表达与年龄、性别、癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 端粒酶活性表达在喉癌发病机制中可能起着重要作用,并有可能成为喉癌的组织特异性标志物。
Objective To investigate the role of telomerase activity in the pathogenesis of laryngeal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Telomerase activity was detected in 80 cases of laryngeal tissues (32 laryngeal carcinomas, 24 surgical margins, 24 laryngeal normal mucosa) by telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP). Results The positive rates of telomerase in laryngeal cancer and surgical margin were 93.8% and 16.7%, respectively. No telomerase activity was detected in 24 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa. The expression of telomerase activity in laryngeal cancer had no significant correlation with age, sex, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of telomerase activity may play an important role in the pathogenesis of laryngeal carcinoma and may be the tissue-specific marker of laryngeal cancer.
