患儿男,6岁,因腹部外伤来院就诊。超声常规检查肝脏、胰腺、脾脏、双肾均未见明显异常,于左上腹探及一大小约93 mm×81 mm×85 mm混合回声肿块,形态不规则,呈分叶状,其内为点状不均匀回声;CDFI示其内探及丰富血流信号(图1)。超声提示:左上腹巨大占位。增强CT检查:腹膜后见一大小约105 mm×90 mm×93 mm混杂密度影,其内见脂肪、不规则钙化;增强后实性部分可见明显强化,腹膜后见数枚肿大淋巴结影。增强CT诊断:腹膜后巨大占位(考虑畸胎瘤)。实验室检查:甲胎蛋白 Child male, 6 years old, hospitalized due to abdominal trauma.
