目的结合实践经验总结慢性中耳炎鼓室成形术的围手术期治疗体会。方法回顾性分析2002年6月～2005年6月68例(72耳)慢性中耳炎患者的术前情况,根据纯音听阈、鼓膜穿孔类型、术前是否干耳、影像检查、耳源性并发症等决定手术方式。并对手术前后全身与局部系统的药物治疗及连续的手术后局部处理详细予以说明。结果经过手术前期治疗、手术期治疗及手术后随诊处理,使医患双方均对该病围手术期的治疗形成正确的认识和理解。结论①对中耳炎患者的脓液进行细菌培养及药敏试验,并作为临床治疗上的参考,根据患者的具体情况,针对性选择用药；②手术前、后全身与局部系统性药物治疗及连续的手术后局部处理成为综合治疗慢性中耳炎不可缺少的三个方面。
Objective To summarize the experience of perioperative treatment of tympanoplasty of chronic otitis media with practical experience.
