前言叶片泵内运动副间的间隙主要有三个:第一个是转子槽与叶片间的间隙δ_1,其值等于槽宽减去叶片厚度;第二个是叶片高度与两配油盘间的间隙δ_2,其值等于定子高度减去叶片高度;第三个是转子与两配油盘间的间隙,其值等于定子高度减去转子高度(见图1)。这三个间隙中的漏油量占整个泵内部泄漏油量的98%,这些间隙的大小,影响到油泵的寿命和性能。
Preface There are three main gaps between the moving vice in the vane pump: the first is the gap δ_1 between the rotor slot and the vane, which is equal to the width of the slot minus the thickness of the vane; the second is the clearance between the vane height and the two oil distribution plates δ_2, which is equal to the height of the stator minus the height of the vane. The third is the clearance between the rotor and the two oil distribution plates, equal to the height of the rotor minus the height of the rotor (see Figure 1). The amount of oil leakage in these three gaps accounted for 98% of the oil leaked inside the pump. The size of these gaps affects the life and performance of the pump.
