国有石油企业在我国国民经济中发挥着重要作用,处于重要的战略地位。在新的形势下,石油企业的人力资源管理面临着严峻的挑战。通过对石油企业人力资源管理现状分析,提出了有针对性的对策:①实施人力资源规划;②加强培训与开发;③建立绩效管理体系;④完善激励约束机制。旨在使石油资源人力管理在实践中不断创新。
State-owned oil enterprises play an important role in our national economy and are in an important strategic position. Under the new situation, the human resources management of oil enterprises faces severe challenges. Through the analysis of the present situation of human resource management in oil enterprises, some countermeasures are put forward: ①Human resource planning; ②Strengthening training and development; ③Performance management system; ④Perfect incentive and restraint mechanism. The aim is to make the manpower management of petroleum resources innovate constantly in practice.
