在辽南潮棕壤上于１９９２～１９９５年进行定位试验。结果表明，施肥各处理玉米各项生育状况指标均优于对照（ＣＫ１），经４年培肥处理有机无机肥配施各处理比单施化肥处理（ＣＫ２）增产７０８～４３７７％，ＳＳＲ测验达显著到极显著水平。
Positioning experiments were conducted on the tidal brown soil in southern Liaoning from 1992 to 1995. The results showed that the indicators of fertility and maize fertility were all better than that of the control (CK1). After 4 years fertilizing organic and inorganic fertilizers, the yield of maize was increased by 708 ~ 4377% , SSR test reached significant level.
