非特异阴道炎是妇科的常见病、多发病。是指由非特异性病原体引起的阴道炎。临床上以白带增多、阴道骚痒为主,常困扰女性的工作与健康。本研究选择48例非特异性阴道炎的病例,以奥平治疗观察其疗效。1 资料与方法1.1 病例选择:选择1999年8～10月间患者48例,均有不同程度的外阴骚痒、灼痛、白带增多、异味。检查时可见外阴、阴道充血等炎症表现。白带量多脓性或浆液。白带涂片未发现滴虫、霉菌,但清洁度均在Ⅱ°以下。年龄20～58岁,未产妇12人,经产妇36人,进入本研究前2周内未使用其它抗生素或阴道冲洗。
Non-specific vaginitis is a common gynecological disease, frequently-occurring disease. Refers to vaginitis caused by non-specific pathogens. Clinically increased vaginal discharge, vaginal itching, often troubled women’s work and health. In this study, 48 cases of non-specific vaginitis were selected and the therapeutic effect was observed with Orphelin. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection: Select August 1999 to August 48 patients, all have varying degrees of genital itching, burning pain, increased vaginal discharge, odor. Check can be seen when the vulva, vaginal congestion and other inflammatory manifestations. Leucorrhea or purulent serous volume. Leucorrhea smear did not find trichomoniasis, mold, but the cleanliness are below Ⅱ °. The age of 20 to 58 years old, 12 were not mothers, 36 mothers, into the study within 2 weeks before the use of other antibiotics or vaginal washing.
